Our Story

INSPIRED BY PEOPLE THAT BEEN BATTLING WITH INSOMNIA

Cheryl’s Night Cap was founded in 2022 by a 19 year old named Steven. He took inspiration
from his mother’s name to name the brand.

His mom has been struggling with insomnia for more than 15 years and has been trying to figure out methods to help her. Steven thought it would be a great idea to make something that can help her sleeping issues and that he did!

Our ultimate goal is to help everyone using our product increase the quality of sleep, improve gut health, reduce stress, and reduce anxiety; by that, it can help YOU concentrate more on the journey to achieve your dream goal.
